The year 2009 I was very slack on my work and I failed to do any of projects that I said that I would complete. I did attempt them but they never came true. Ohh well !
I will admit that I have been busily knitting squares to make my blanket. I think with a little bit of diligence that I will have the blanket finished by March possibly. That's another goal for myself. I know for a fact that next time I will just make it on some circular needles and call it a day. It's irritating to knit a square and then put it all together. I'm using my handy size 10 bamboo needles. I know as of right now that I need another project that I can do. I mean I've been knitting for over 2 years and I should not still be a beginner. I personally consider myself a beginner. I don't knit socks even though I've gotten patterns out of book for them and I haven't knit a sweater. I see different pattern everyday and I wonder when will I be good enough to make all the beautiful things I see. I'm going to promise myself that I will be complete something this year if it kills me.

The B.A.P.S. I tried it before but I just got frustrated with it plus the cotton that i was using wasn't soft enough to use. I had a few balls of cotton that i wanted to use for a the "little black sweater" in the Stitch n Bitch book but I gave up on it..maybe another time. I had pics of it also but my camera is acting wonky so I guess I won't be able to put up a pic right now. I'm pretty sad about that one because It really didn't turn out liek it was suppose to which was a perfect diamond shape. i can't figure out what I did wrong on the pattern. I used the right needles..cotton yarn which was the most soft mercerized cotton yarn that I've felt in a long time. I think I'll be making a few more wash cloths just for fun and to give out...I might also just sell a few this summer. I really want to find a pattern that is easy that is beautiful also.I'll search Lion Brand for a few patterns also.
The pattern goes like this :

Cotton yarn

size 8 needles

Cast on 4 stitches
knit 2 rows
Knit 2 stitches, yo knit to end of row
Repeat until you have 44 stitches on the needle
K1, knit 2 tog, yo, knit 2 together, knit to end of row
Repeat until you have 4 stitches
Bind off

I'll post pics when I make another or get my camera up and running.

The B.A.P.S. I have a few things started and then I have finished a few things and I really didn't like it at all. It was a clutch but it was without a pattern. I've made a clutch before but it turned out to be so small that it was only good as a wallet. I guess that's fine though. I really want to make a few wash cloths for myself and family but I can't for the life of me find a nice pattern that's nice and easy. I still have this problem with my cast on because it makes it look fat and out of whack per se. I really wanna to sell a few things and put them on the Etsy site that my friend has. I've been working on the blanket for the house and I'm currently inlove with this beautiful yellow color and I think I'd like to make a few baby things with it because it's neutral..maybe I'll add white with it. I really need to learn a new cast on method just in case this one is not good. I'll add pics whenever I can to update.

The B.A.P.S. I have been knitting off and on but It's been off and on for these last few months. My "big" projects have all but gone bust. They are all still on the needles with the exception of the one project that I started in the Stitch n Bitch book but otherwise I've been working on my squares for the blanket and the big cardigan/sweater. I guess all this stuff is harder than what it really looks like because I 'm not even 1/4 of the way through for the blanket and I'm only up to the yoke on the sweater. U have started on some baby booties for a girl baby that has yet to come in our family. My sister's are both having boys and My DF's sis is pregnant so maybe she'll have a girl. So I'm back on my knitting schedule and I'm going back to see my SnB girls on Tuesdays. While laying around I was thinking of making a few wash cloths out of that nice red cotton that I got. I saw a cute pattern and it seems real easy so I'm going to try and do that maybe after I finish more squares. Ta Ta for now.

The B.A.P.S. I started on both of my "big" projects and have actually added another one that I think I can do quickly. It's from my fav show Knitty Gritty and I saw this sweater and I knew that I could do it. They say that this is a beginner project and I guess that's what I am. I immediate said okay, this can be done on large needles with super chucky yarn and I can rock this with a cute shirt underneath it. The pattern is:
Materials:

2 (3, 3, 3, 3) skeins Cascade Yarns Magnum in color #9453
circular needle, any length, US size 15 (10mm)
1-1/2" (38mm) button
stitch markers
crochet hook (optional)

Gauge: 6 sts and 11 rows = 4" (10cm) in stockinette

Finished measurements: bust 33 (36, 38.5, 41, 44)" (84 [91.5, 98, 104, 112]cm)

Note: Keep 3 sts at beg and end of each row in garter st throughout body.

Yoke:
Co 26 sts.
Row 1 (RS): K3, place marker, k4, place marker, k12, place marker, k4, place marker, k3.
Row 2 and all even rows: K3, p to last 3 sts, k3.
Row 3: K.
Row 5: (K to 1 st before marker, kfb, sl marker, kfb) 4 times, k to end (34 sts).
Row 7: K.
Row 8: As row 2.
Rep rows 5-8 2 (3, 4, 5, 6) times more (50 [58, 66, 74, 82] sts).
Next row (RS): Kfb, (k to 1 st before marker, kfb, sl marker, kfb) 4 times, k to last st, kfb (60 [68, 76, 84, 92] sts).
Next row: As row 2.
Next row (RS): (K to marker, sl marker, kfb, k to 1 st before marker, kfb, sl marker) twice, k to end (64 [72, 80, 88, 96] sts).
Next row: As row 2.
Rep the last 4 rows once more (78 [86, 94, 102, 110] sts}.
Next row: As row 5 (86 [94, 102, 110, 118] sts).

Working the Body

Once the yoke, or top portion, of the sweater is finished, while the body is being completed the sleeve stitches are held on scrap yarn to be picked up later.

Separate sleeves from body
Next row (WS): K3, p to marker, place 20 (22, 24, 26, 28) sts of first sleeve on scrap yarn to be worked later, p to marker, place 20 (22, 24, 26, 28) sts of second sleeve on scrap yarn to be worked later, p to last 3 sts, k3. Bind off.

Finishing:
Seam up the sleeves. Add a crochet chain loop or oversewn loop buttonhole to the left front and attach a button. Weave in all ends and block if desired.

Okay, this project is a beginner project but I didn't know how to do the kfb and I had to ask one of my fellow knitters how that's done. This project is really tricky in my opinion and I realize that I have to really pay attention to it. I even had to do a measurement of my bust. Wow! I doing alot huh? So far so good. Oh yeah, I forgot i started using size 15 straight needles and realized after like two trys and casting on working a few rows that it needed 15 circs. So, I went and bought some from JoAnn's. I didn't really mind paying almost $11 for the bamboo circs because they are my fav's and I'm pretty passionate about bamboo and size 10 bamboo's were my first pair of needles.

So I'm adding pics to this also and I wanted to add a few pics of the "little black sweater that's in the Stitch n Bitch book.
I just wanted to give a few comments on both of these projects. Okay, as for the little balck sweater. Okay, I got red Cotlin yarn from knitpicks.com thanks to my buddy from PBS. I have to use size 5 needles and this was one of my first times using such small needles on a project that's this size. I had to cast on like 116 and I think I started and restarted this project at least 4 times because I was always mesing up and loosing track of where I was at because I would put it down. So I was really iirritable about that then when I cast on all those darn stitches I failed to realize that I would have a ton of yarn left so I messed up like that a few times so that I wouldn't have 3 feet of yarn to contend with and cut.I can't waste good yarn...lol. Another thing is that It seems like those stiches for the XL that I'm making is way too big. I will admit that I need a large size but I don't trust a large so I'm going with the XL. It still looks huge in my opinion but we'll see once I finish. More updates to come.

The B.A.P.S. Yeah, so now I have to make some knitting goals for myself. I've resigned myself to make 2-3 "big" projects. One project for myself out of the Stitch n' Bitch book that I got through a swap, a blanket for the house and a baby sweater for one of the many people in the family that are pregnant. I'll attempt to make more because I bought a pound of yarn from Jo-Ann's a few weeks ago and I'll be using that up to make somethings. I used it once to make a hat for my son's new baby sister on his dad's side. They really liked it. I also decided to use my mercentizied cotton to make her a wash cloth. I thought that I had taken pics with the new digital camera for Christmas but I did not have my memory card in so it didn't save...Darn! It was really cute too. So, I've set those and now I have to see if I can do them. I need a bunch of support so please send me an encouraging message to let me know that you believe in me. I would appreciate it.

I'm currently making squares for the blanket and attempting to use up my stash of acrylic yarn. I gotta get rid of that crap.... So I'll be putting together this blanket hopeful soon and before it gets to warm to use it. I'll be adding pics of those squares shortly so get ready.

The B.A.P.S. I've been tired and it seems like everything I do knit looks really funny. Everything looks like its leaning to the left and it's misshappen. I guess I'm still a newbie even some of the washcloths that I knit are ugly. I think I might just stop for maybe a few weeks when I start up a fresh project. I saw this project in the Stitch in Bitch book that I'm going to start after the baby sweater for my cousin's baby. I have tried to knit a cozy for a coffee cup but I sewed it up wrong.

The B.A.P.S. Everything that I knit comes out beautiful for some odd reason. It's the truth that bamboo and wood are the best(in my opinion) then plastic and lastly aluminum. Shamelessly to say my first pair of needles were bamboo flexi needles in size 10 and actually thought that they were circulars but realize when I opened the package and left the store that they weren't. I still have them and I still love them the best...next to these needles.
In the coming weeks I'm going to be making more Christmas gifts and working on stuff for Bazaar Bazaar. I really don't think I'll get like alot of things done or made but it'll be fun anyways. Since I haven't taken a pic of the needles yet the pics wil come soon. I'll say Tah tah for now.....Oh Btw, my B-day is 4 days away and counting...Whoo Hoo for me! My cousin's wife, my sister and two friends that are expecting. I guess that I'll make all of them like a baby hat and a sweater. I might make something different for all of them but so far those are easy(not the sweater) Another idea is making baby washcloths. I guess i have to start looking for some good patterns for the sweaters, even though I have one from LionBrand (I might get bored with it).

I've been knitting but it hasn't been anything serious. I've finished a blue scarf that knit up really well and a few washcloths that turned out wonky, except for the one that I used a pattern for. I just started on another one with the other really nice yarn that I found at the thrift shop. Speaking of yarn, i found more yarn at the thrift shop yesterday and I think I'll be making some kind of afghan for the family with that yarn and use up all of this acrylic that I have. It's going to be my crazy, amazing techno colored afghan...lol. I also added a playlist to the blog. I saw it on a blog that I follow and thought it was was way cool so I needed to get one. So far I really don't have anything else to share and no new exciting news except that I'm back to the cross-stitch and learning to sew(even though the sewing machine is giving me issues).

The B.A.P.S. I'm getting old...I think. I had him at a young age, 16 going on 17. On the knitting note.... I started knitting a mug cozy for one of my many mug cozies that I will be giving away for Christmas. I've decided that most of my Christmas gifts this year will be handmade, or knitted. I've also been doing a little cross-stitch(even though it's been rare.) I've also decided that I'd like to learn to sew. I found a hand sewing machine at the thrift shop on Monday. Yeah for half off Monday. The original price was $3.99 but I got it 50% off so that's like $ 2. Can you believe that? That's awesome right. Eventually the blog will be dedicated to my crafts etc but right now it's my love for the lovely art of knitting. I'm also going to be knitting up a few dishcloths and washcloths for gifts. I have a ton of running around to do today, the post office, pick up prescriptions, pay bills buy cake and other stuff for house plus I have to go visit a friend in the hospital. Darn, so much stuff to do today and no time. I will post pics today or tomorrow.

The B.A.P.S. It has at least 5 different yarns in it, all different colors and weights. There's mostly fingering weight and sport weight-I think. I'm using size 8 needles and so far it's knitting up really well. I frogged it once because I started some ugly k2p2 ribbing and it wasn't very nice. So, I just frogged it today again and so far this is where I'm at.

I love all the colors and the textures. It's pretty much soft and I'm pretty sure all or most of the yarn is wool. I'm going to knit this scarf up for myself then I'll make a scarf for either my sister or Mom. I'm also going to use some of the other yarn I have (cotton) to make dishcloths that I'll be giving out for Christmas and since no one reads my blogs I can say this....heeeheee.

The B.A.P.S. To my utter and absolute surprise it was easy! They are just really long in the book and the yarn that I used is way too nice (in my opinion) for it. It was made using size 6 needles and they were basic stripe pattern using three different colors. Since I had this wonderful yarn from KnitPicks, that I had yet to use I used it. I call the yarn cherry jubilee ice cream. It really looks like it or Cherry Garcia from Ben & Jerry's. I know my ice cream folks-especially the good stuff! I've only knitted one sock so far and I have plans on starting the other one soon. The pattern was basically k2 p2 all the way down until it started to decrease. I started with the k2p2 ribbing but I thought it would be cuter to make it like that then start a stockinette stitch but when it was time to decrease I realized that it called for the decreases to be in the k2p2 form. So darn, I had to start back with the k2p2 but it all worked out. I've always seen socks knitted by other people that were so intricate on these size 1 or o needles and I said "Oh hell no...I'm not knitting those things" then hear comes this pattern and I changed my mind. I knit the socks with KnitPicks Wool of the Andes yarn. Here's a pic:

The pic is blurry because my digicamera sucks! Hopefully, when I make the other sock it'll be better.
On the other hand, another first that is totally off topic....I started liking Earl Grey tea which I use to hate. I bought it offline from Stash tea along with some honey sticks. It's my absolutely fav tea right now. Since I'm at home on the computer all day for work, I sit and drink tea and knit while I listen. On another note, the washcloth that I was knitting to sell at Bazaar Bazaar is a total no go. I've also decided not to sell any and just give a few as gifts(that might change soon) The aluminum needles were the culprit I think. I really don't like them because the they make the yarn slip and slide around way too much. So my washcloth looks like it's lopsided.Oh no...I can't sell these ugly things!

The B.A.P.S. Here's the Amazon link. I'm knitting the Mama lamb and the baby lamb in the book. I really enjoy this book because the instructions are really simple and if you're a new knitter you can learn new things and they even have a pattern for socks! Can you believe it? Socks!!!! I'm so new to knitting that sock knitting scares me but eventually I think that I'll actually do them along with sweaters. So pics of the Mama lamb are coming soon. http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/1885593481/ref=sib_dp_pt#reader-link

The B.A.P.S. I know that's horrible but I'll be okay I guess...lol. Some of these pics are crazy because I took random pics of all the stuff I was knitting and my cats. So, I've decided to show all the cool pics that rock and some of the other pics that don't so enjoy! A few of the pics are of the coffee/meet-up place that we meet every Tuesday night for Stitch n Bitch and the others are random pics of friends and the artwork on the wall. Bela Dubby is a really artsy coffee spot/bar that people come for the free Wi-fi and the great people. I thought it was in an awesome place to just enjoy my friends and my birthday.

These other pics are of my friend Lisa's son Anthony that was born on my birthday. I thought about knitting up a few cute washcloths/dishcloths to sell at the craft bazaar in a few weeks. I was thinking of maybe 2 wash clothes tied up with a cute ribbon and include a bar of homemade soap from Ms. V. I think it would be cute. I could also give them as gifts for Christmas. So,I searched and searched online for some cute patterns and found one that was pretty interesting that started out basically with just 4 stitches. I was initially really leery about it but I thought oh well I'll try so I did. I worked for a few hours and it was coming along really well. It was increasing slowly and basically it was a diamond shape. The only issue that I had with making washcloths is the cotton yarn. It's rough on my hands and it makes them hurt. Needless to say, I won't be doing that many washcloths because there aren't any really nice patterns available (since I'm not interested in anything intricate) and that yarn hurts my hands. I ended up binding off in the middle of the project when it was a triangle..lol. It looks nice and I'll probably sell it or keep it. Then I made another one that was way too small and it was curling around the edges. I made a border but I forgot to do it around the other edges so that washcloth is mines and I used it today. It's pretty cool but it's not as soft as I expected. Now, I'm working on a bigger washcloth that will have a nice edging that won't curl. I'll post some pics when I get this dumb camera working.

The B.A.P.S. Well, I've finished the first one and it's pretty small so I'm using it as a purse. Everyone thinks it's cute and cool. I really think it could be better so I'm making another one that will be bigger and better. I really thought that using size 13's would be better but they are. The 13's are way too small and the 15's are the best. Also the cast on is basically the whole needle if you're using straight needles. If you're using circulars I recommend like 40-50 stitches. Since I work from home now I can knit and listen to at the same time. So, I knit all day long. I found a website that actually has a pattern for the bags if anyone else want to make them and it seems way more complicated than mines but I guess you can do it the way you want to. Here's the link: http://www.allfreecrafts.com/knitting/bag.shtml

This website also has a ton of other crafting ideas. I found it while I was looking for a dish cloth pattern because I'm knitting up a bunch of dishcloth and washcloth patterns to give as Christmas gifts. I'm starting to really want to knit up a n actual baby sweater possibly. I'm really considering it but I'm nervous. I'll let you know later. Next time I should be posting more pics both old and new. Lately, I've been knitting up what we call "Bag -bags". They are bags made out of plastic bags. You just cut the bags in inch stripes and put them together and knit. You can also crochet the bag together using double crochet. I'm using my fav purple size 15 needles but I think the next one I make I'll use size 13. I can say that I've made 2 purses and a little pillow, my little nephew a hat and one bag-bag. I think this is a great way to recycle!

Yesterday my friend and I went to the local Pat Catan's and bought some white canvas shoes and decided to decorate them just for fun. I guess I had fun even though I have no artistic abilities what so ever. She does though and she spent over 3 hours designing one shoe. I realize that although I'm not new to knitting I have alot to learn and my knitting habit isn't that bad even though I did go and buy like 3 or 4 skeins of yarn but I wasn't that expensive. There are some things that I've realized about myself and knitting:

I don't want to knit a sweater

I only knit for people that appreciate and cherish my gifts

I love to knit anything quick(hats or purses)

I probably will always feel that way...lol

Am I wrong for this? So, I'll be knitting like 3 baby blankets by next year because everyone I know is pregnant. Maybe I'll even try a baby sweater or something. I found this cute kids knitting book and I think I like them better because all of the patterns are easy and I can understand them. Thanks for listening to my rant! Now the pics........

The B.A.P.S. I've started to knit a baby blanket for a friend of mines that's in my book club. I've knit up this really cute bag with bamboo handles(just waiting for a friend to sew in the lining), I've cast on for another bag and I'm making a pillow with my name in it. I really want to felt the pillow but I found out the yarn that I'm using isn't wool so I'm kinda stuck with that one. I've recently decided to make a few things for this craft bazaar that's coming up in December. I gotta figure what I'll sell. I got a few skeins of yarn from knit picks and I think i'll make a scarf and fingerless gloves with it. Unfortunately, my stupid camera is not working so I can't take any pics right now but I'm working on that LOL.
I have two other people to knit blankets for so I'll be pretty busy. I'll probably end up knitting a few coin purses to take to the bazaar along with some jewelery that I'm making, like some bracelets or some earrings.
Even though I'm making all of these things I still feel so unproductive. I wonder why though....
Recently, I started back up doing a little cross-stitch since I saw one of the members of my SnB group doing and all her work is sooo beautiful. There are some WIP that I just have to complete and then I'll either give them away or keep in my house. I'm in desperate need of more yarn(even though my fiances says no more). I guess I'll just have to check out knitpicks.
oh yeah, on to that whole engaged thing. Yeah,I'm engaged ad hopefully I can take a pic of the ring because i love showing it off. Hopefully, I can get that stupid camera to work. We'll see. Until happy knitting!!!!
~~Jackie

The B.A.P.S. It took me a few weeks to put it together and felt it but I did it. I actually felted it yesterday in my friends washer and at first I thought that it would felt because I didn't put the washer setting on hot, but she fixed it and it finally felted. It was pretty big before I felted it too and what I've noticed is that the longer that I keep it in the washer, the smaller it becomes. Duh!!! That's pretty obvious once you think about it though. I also felted the other purse and it's pretty cute also even though it's smaller than I wanted it to. So I've putting up a few pics of the purse. I've decided not to finish the pattern and just go straight stockinette with a solid color. I haven't been working on it at all in the last few weeks and I know if I had been working on it diligently that it would be finished by now. That is so frustrating because the other purse could be finished if I would have just put it together and then put it in the washer by now. I started on that like in October. I could have either sold it or had it to wear by now. Why or why must I procrastinate so much? I fear that with the new promotion at work to Supervisor on the night shift, I won't be able to do any kind of anything. I might not even be able to go to SnB on Tuesdays because I don't know when I'll have an off day. Well, today is Mother's day and it has been pretty awesome if I do say so myself. My mother treated my sisters and I(who were mothers) to a nice dinner of steak, shrimp, salad and baked potatoes. Wasn't that nice? Well, I'm off to attempt to start working on the rest of this project.

The B.A.P.S. It's a purse that will be felted. I'm so addicted to felting and the process, it's one of my favorite things to do when I knit because it hides some of my mistakes. I got the pattern off of the Lion Brand website. I'll add the link if I can later but when I was searching for something to start, I thought of something easy and quick. Actually, it hasn't been very quick and that's probably because I really haven't been knitting as much as much as I really want to or should. Because the purse is stripped, it seems so monotonous at times. I've been working on at it at SnB on Tuesday's at Bela Dubby. I'm seriously thinking of just not following the pattern and adding some bamboo handles to it and calling it a day because it seems like it's so much. I think I might start blogging a little bit more. My camera is a piece of crap and I should be getting a replacement soon enough. Here's few pics of the purse and of it's progress.

The B.A.P.S. Of course I managed to survive the holidays...Ugghhhh! It's a new year and maybe a new me. I don't have any pictures of some of the things I've been working on but they are coming shortly. I do have a new digital camera so I can take pictures of all of my work and my finished projects and my works in progress. I guess I am getting "better" at knitting I don't make anymore mistakes and I'm attempting to work with double pointed needles and work on harder projects.

I haven't been going to Stitch Bitch onMondays on a regular basis anymore because they're either always meeting someplace far away or I'm just too tired when I get off work on Mondays. I've been going to SNB at Bela Dubbyon Tuesdays lately. That's a more laid back better meeting because it's later on in the day and it's always at the same place. I do have pics of Bela Dubby in another camera. I definitely need to get the camera developed. I'm so angry because I have all these picks of some of my finished projects and I can't even post them. I went to other knitting Blogs and I'm JEALOUS! All of their blogs have really cool projects and I just knit small projects. I wonder when do these people have time. They probably all have regular 9 to 5 jobs and I don't so that's the reason. I recently started on my own creation. It's going to be a felt book cover or journal. It's my own design but so far, it looks pretty lame. I knit mostly on my way to work and coming back home.

The B.A.P.S. I noticed that there aren't any "local" shops in the Cleveland area. I thought about myself as a non-driver at this point and said There needs to be a shop that is accessible by the bus that is on a main street that has long hours that will appeal to everyone. I saw a shop open on West 25th that had closed down after many years of being open, then I thought about businesses that open and close in a year. That really made me nervous about a business venture. I would totally do it if I could. I just need a small business loan or win the lottery which ever one comes first..LOL. That's my goal to look into that.

My next idea was to start maybe a small business like Etsy and make purses, scarfs and little things that people have around the house that's fast and easy since I hate really long projects and get bored easily with them. I also told someone in my Teaswap on Paperbackswap.com that I would knit them a tea cozy. Darn! Another project to do plus I want to cast on to make a purse, a book cover and I still have to knit my co-worker his hat. I have way too much stuff to do and not enough time to do it in.

The B.A.P.S. Well, let's see......today is my official birthday and I really don't feel any different except I'm 2 years closer to 30(Yikes!!!) I have to work which I'm sorta happy about and then again not. I wish I had more time to knit and think about my projects. I wish I had more time to read. I wish I had more money and I REALLY want to move!!! I officially hate my apartment and my street. It's too small and too ghetto. Unfortunately, I have a problem staying in certain apartments over a year and I haven't really been in a whole lot of apartments where I'd truly like to stay for over a year. I will definitely be more critical when I move in a few months.I have so many plans to fix up the new spot and start over and do everything "right" this time.

My pics from the b-day party aren't ready and my digital camera is a piece of crap because I can't load anything in any one computer. I seriously need to get my puter fixed a.s.ap. I wanted to go to Karaoke last night and have a few beers and attempt to sing but my friend never picked me up so I'm mad at her now and I have to wait until next week to go Damn!!! I really was looking forward to that. I have two new opportunities for other jobs that I really need to look into. The first one is N.A.R.A. L. Ohio and the other is Medical Mutual. I've wanted to work for a reproductive rights organization since forever and now's my chance. I have to give them some writing samples though. Wow! I don't have any saved from college. I'm a pack rat but I don't keep stuff for that long. I wonder does a Blog count? LOL..yeah I know it doesn't. Okay, I'm rambling. Bye for now.

The B.A.P.S. When I tell people that I'm having a kniting themed birthday, they all think I'm crazy. I must remind you that they aren't knitters and they just wouldn't understand. I'm searching for some fun things to do at the party if it'll be non-knitters there. I don't think there will be but it must be a party that everyone will remember and talk about for the longest. Linda wants to help with the cost by buying food. I think she's so awesome! I told her the punch that I'm concocting will make her forget that it's a knitting party and she'll probably be acting crazy. I'm soo excited. I do have pics to post later on tonight. I have to take my digital camera over to my mom's house and load the software then post them. Stitch n Bitch is tonight and I'm not too sure if I'm going. I really don't like the place that we're going plus I'm all tapped out on money until tomorrow.

The B.A.P.S. It only took me about a day and a half. I worked while on my bus ride, my break and on the bus yesterday. My only problem was that I thought that I had to bind off but really I didnt. The pattern didnt even say it. I was upset when I realized that the hat looked like a square and it really needed a pom-pom. When I do the other one for Quantia,I'll remember what to do. I cast-on something else last night. I'm making a potpourri satchel for Linda(my mom's friend) for her birthday. Oh well, I'm waiting on my digital pictures to be done so I can do some posting. Maybe oh maybe then I'll have some posts. On a bad note, I lost a brand new size 7 needle on the bus the other day and I was making some "spa" clothes for Christmas. oh well, I'll just have to buy new ones now. I do have a picture of the W.I.P. and I'll post a pic of the FO. I still haven't finished the felted pillow that I'm holding in the pic. Maybe, I'll finish it this week. So far, I've not been able to go to any because I've had to work or no money(when I was unemployed). That sucked but I'm taking the good and the bad. I'm posting pics of some of the BAPS knitters and SNB. So enjoy!!!

The B.A.P.S.
